Angel- the Complete second season on DVD

Before the review I’ll admit I suck for not updating more but I have somewhat of a life and I’ve been doin the TV thing so kinda hard to find time. Anyway the DVD to analyze and criticize today is Angel Season Two on DVD. After a thrilling cliffhanger at the end of season one, I had to know what happened. The season started off really well with episodes concerning the return of a former love of Angel’s. also the inevitable question that we have to deal with is “Is this the season when he goes off the deep end and revert back to Angelus, his evil persona after his should is lost?” Won’t tell you the answer to this or spoil any of the big things o the season because they are truly shocking. In the middle of the season though the main story arc kinda drizzle off and we are left for a few episodes without any real story arc until about the last four episodes. Those four episodes involve a Conan-esqe world where one of our characters is from. This is decent but I would have liked some closure to the main arc of the season, however with no end to this arc it sets up next season quite well. Season three is due out Feb. 10th(two days after my 17th b-day) and I know I’m getting it. For season two though its one of the better seasons and it definitely surpasses season one.
